How do I shop online?

You can order easily using our onlineplatform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login andgo through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receiveorder summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

How is my order shipped?

Hanayen will ship orders daily all over the world by using FedEx shippingService.

The Shipment Charge will beborne by Buyer.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

After you make payment please allow 5-12business days for customizing and delivering the product.

How can I exchange/return my order?


You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to uswithin 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receivethe product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, youwill be eligible for store credit to only. If the return arrivesafter 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will berefused.

Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. If there is asppt between store credit and credit card, then store credit will be refundedfirst, then the credit card. We understand the importance of processing thesereturns and are doing our best to handle as quickly as possible. Refunds/storecredits typically take 7-10 days from the date we receive your return.

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.

Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.


If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrongsize for you, please contact us within 5 business days (S-TH) of receiving theitem and we will gladly replace it. Please note you have 30 days from the dateyour order is delivered to qualify for an exchange. If the return arrives after30 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer,it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules applyif you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item,you will have the usual 14 days from date of that delivery to qualify for arefund, 15-30 days to qualify for store credit).

You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund,exchange, or store credit.

Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost byshipping carriers

All items must be in their original packing and in sealable condition.

Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items will be shipped backto you at your cost and no refund issued. If you cannot be reached with yourprovided contact information within 30 days from when you initially receivedthe item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable itemback to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping unless theoriginal item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no fault of thecustomer. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to thecustomer.
